D4E1 - Redesign - Juggle Trestle

We have redesigned a juggling trestle that introduces you to circus techniques. You can improve your skills and hand-eye coordination through various exercises. Learning these exercises can take place step by step and is adapted to the individual skills of the person. The exercises are structured at different levels, from beginners to advanced.

Materials: wooden beam, file, saw, ruler, pencil.

The bottom exists of 5 wooden parts and 2 bolts.

The wooden parts are handcrafted in a wood-workshop.

Every part needs to be sawed and filed, this can be done by the provided technical drawings of the parts.

The side parts are 2 wooden cross-shaped structures, each existing of 2 wooden beams and a bolt.

These parts are made by sawing and filing, this can be done by the provided technical drawings of the parts.

Materials: wooden beam, file, saw, ruler, pencil.

The upper parts exists of a top-beam and 2 side pieces to connect with the side cross-shaped parts.

These parts are made by sawing and filing, this can be done by the provided technical drawings of the parts.

Materials: screw eyes, drill.

materials: white rope, 4 tennis balls, cutting knife, 4 snaphooks.

1. Cut 2 meters of the white rope.
2. Take 2 tennis balls and knot each end of the rope to a tennis ball.
3. Add 2 snaphooks to the rope to make sure you can hang it on the structure.
4. Now repeat the previous 3 steps to make sure you have two pairs of tennis balls.

Materials: air hose, plastic hose clamp, stainless steel hose clamp, 4 snaphooks.

1. Take the air hose and the plastic hose clamp, take an end of the hose and pull it over the clamp.
2. Tow take the stainless steel clamp, pull it over the hose and tighten it.
3. Take 2 snaphooks and attach them to the plastic hose clamp as showed in the picture.
4. Tepeat steps 1-3 for the other side.
