Charlotte likes to play 'Pokémon Go' on her smartphone. Because she has
dystonia, she only has control over her head. For that reason, Charlotte uses her phone completely with her nose. It is difficult for Charlotte to make the 'swipe' movement. This is a movement that is often used in the game, so she needs help from someone else to play. Her cellphone is also next to her head, which is bad for the ergonomics of her neck.

With the ‘PokémonAid’, it is possible for Charlotte to play the game 'Pokémon Go' smoothly. The tool consists a headband with an adaptable stylus pen attached to it. This is placed on Charlotte's head, so she can use the stylus to control her smartphone. We placed her mobile on the front of her wheelchair. This is better for the ergonomics of her neck. She also has a better overview of her screen. Now she can see better in which direction she should throw the ‘Pokéballs’. The device can also be easily hidden under a hat or cap, making it less noticeable.

When Charlotte starts catching the Pokémons, she uses the stylus pen to look at the map where they are. Then she presses the Pokémon with the stylus pen. After that, she makes a swipe movement to catch him with the Poké ball. With this tool it is also possible for Charlotte to play other games on her smartphone like 'Candy Crush'.

Remove the suction cup from the smartphoneholder.

File the rod, this to make sure nobody get injured. It wil also give a cleaner look.

Screw the attachment (part 2) on the rod.

Place the pipe clamp (part 1) in the bicyclelight holder.

Use the connector (part 5) to connect part 1 & part 2.

First remove the glass carefully.

Now wrench the disk of the rod.

Make a nick in the rod using the saw. So you can pull off the last bar. This will reduce the weight.

Only strip the beginning and the end of the wire.

Replace the Original part on the headband with the headpart (part 3).

Drill a hole into the rod. To slide in the copper wire, it's better to file a slot.

Push the wire through the hole. Use tape to hold the wire in place at the backside of the headpart (part 3)

Wind the wire around the headband. Detors the wire a little bit, tis will give a softer feeling and it will have a better contact with the head.

Use a heat shrink tubing on the end of the rod for a cleaner finishing.

Glue the rod onto the headpart

!Make sure you there is a piece of wire to attache on the stylus.!

Saw a part of the stylus. Remove the brims.

Attach the touch stylus on the rod.

You can use glue.

Make sure the copper wire touches the stylus. Otherwise it won't work.

Use a heat shrink tubing to finish.
