Cutting Aid Basic
The Cutting Aid helps a person to use a knife in the kitchen without having to use the muscles in the fingers.
It is designed so that everyone can make it!

Information
Part name, Actions and Techniques, (material):
Knifeholder: adjusted to measurements of the knife. Lasercut or 3D print (pmma/ PLA)
Knife: dismantled and to be measured.
Arm splint: personal. Silhouet sawing (wood)
Protective cover: fixed. Cutting out and bending (metal)
Connection: fixed. Metal turning, polishing and drilling (metal)

Measuring Knife
Apply these measurements on your knife and fill them out in the excel template (find the template in the cad-file)

Assembly
Apply the techniques to assemble the Cutting Aid properly.
