Supplies
Ingredients:
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 100 g butter
- 100 g flour
- 80 g ground almonds
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp cold water
- salt
- 200 g white chocolate
- 15 candies Raffaello
Combine all the dough ingredients (100 g powdered sugar, 100 g butter, 100 g flour, 80 g ground almonds, 1 egg yolk, 2 tbsp cold water, salt), either by using a mixer or kneading by hand. Ensure the ingredients are well mixed. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and freeze for approximately 30 minutes.
Take the chilled dough out of the freezer and roll it out to a thickness of around 3-4 mm. Cut out bunny shapes from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 338 °F for about 10 minutes until they turn a light golden brown.
Prepare the chocolate glaze by melting 200 g of white chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler. Drizzle the cooled cookies with the melted chocolate. Then, gently place half a Rafaello on top of each cookie as a tail. Allow the glaze to set on the cookies, you can also refrigerate them for faster setting. Once the glaze hardens, the cookies are ready to be enjoyed :)
