I just got use to photoshop so I tried to design my own template. You should use an electronic cutter like cricut explore or silhouette cameo. Because I don't own one so I don't know the file format of the machine so I create jpeg file of the template on step 2. If you want to design your own template, I will so you the basic in the last step. Also, if you have and idea and you can't make your own, describe it in the comment section. I will help you create the template (if I have enough time)

P.S: Sorry if my English is bad.

What You Need

First, print the template on your top paper. I add the black border to know where to cut out. I use the reversed version for easy cutting (all you have to do is remove all of the black paper). I also add the photoshop file if you want to study it (There is a grass layer in the psd file. Originally, I planned to add the grass but it is to hard to cut)

Slowly remove all of the black paper. I remove a few piece because some looks awkward.

Tip: Add pressure to the thin part in other to not rip it.

Finish It

Finish it by glue it on the base paper. Add weight to prevent warpage. You should glue on a big paper and the trim the edges later

Design Your Own

Basically, you need to create the template in black and white. After you finish, merge visible and press ctrl+i to reverse it if you need. Here is some useful advise.

1. The frame: use rectangular marquee tool and select the inside of the of the frame. Then add layer mask. To make the frame black, simply add a black layer behind the frame

2. To add the part, press ctrl+c and ctrl+v to add it. Select multiply mode and ctrl+t to add just your part.

3. If you want to add a color piece, you can use channel mixer to turn it black. Or use quick selection tool to choose the part you want and add layer mask, use brush tool and color it black
