Cut Down British Racing Wheel

take a full size 18" dia steering wheel make a circular template that is 12" dia, cut all the support rungs around the template then using wood cut two rings to cover the rungs and round the edges, wrap with vinyl and secure. best part is since the center part was not touch its an easy bolt back in and now you have a smaller wheel for your old british sports car
