Customers for Pinka
Pinka Stories are usually short and sweet. They are designed to be printed on a single sheet of paper, folded and cut and re-folded into little eight-page "minizines."
Today's simple story tells us what happened when customers came to Pinka's new shop.

Julia Owl made a decision.
“I can fix pancakes,” she announced.
Then she went into the back room and got to work.

“While you are waiting for the pancakes,
you must help clean the shop
so that we will be ready to open at eight,”
called Julia Owl from the back room
Pinka handed each of the owls a cleaning cloth,
then joined Julia Owl in the kitchen.

Once the shop was clean, the owls lined up in a row.
Pinka and Julia Owl served each owl a big pancake on a white plate.
The pancakes were DELICIOUS!
