Custom Wooden Playing Card

I have a custom wooden playing card, it is 3.5 inches wide, 5 inches tall, and 0.5 inches tall. It is made of cherry wood. I created my own design for the playing card, and I added my face onto it.

Materials: Cherry Wood

Tools: CNC Router, table saw, router, and planer.

I used a C.N.C router to laser engrave my design onto it.

I used a router to add a curve to the edges.

I sanded down the edges after I routed them.
