After your confirm the design,and pay some payment,factory will made mold for your lapel pins .The raw material for making the mold is stainless steel, and the pattern is engraved on the mold through CNC programming

Install the mold on the die-casting machine, melt the zinc alloy raw materials into a liquid at high temperature, and then inject it into the mold, the initial shape of the product will be completed

The edge, front and back of the product are polished by a grinding machine

Choose the color you need for plating. There are many colors for plating, please refer to the second picture
