Curry Coconut Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
500g cooked chicken breast
250g mungo sprouts
1 can coconut milk
1 glas milk
100g grated coconut
curry, salt & pepper
Preparation
Cut the chicken breast in flat pieces. Scatter curry, salt & pepper all over it and place the pieces on an oven plate. Place the mungo sprouts and give coconut all over it. Give the milk and coconut milk in a cup. Scatter curry, salt, pepper to it and stir it together. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees clesius circulating air for 10 minutes.
Finish
After 10 minutes grad the plate an give the coconutmilk mix on top. Put the plate back in the oven for another 20 minutes and enjoy.
