I've always craved the CrunchWrap from TacoBell, but since it's COVID season we can't really go outside. I whipped up a recipe that would save you some cash and risks of COVID! Behold what I call a Curger Brunch-wrap with a Side of Sauce.
Step 1: Ingredients and Supplies

![20201023_165402.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FWA/89C2/KGM9LRYZ/FWA89C2KGM9LRYZ.jpg&filename=20201023_165402.jpg)
DON'T FORGET TO WASH YOUR HANDS!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 head of lettuce
- Mini Sweet Peppers
- Soft Taco Flour Tortillas (I used big ones since they are easier to drape sauce over, you can chose to use small or medium sized pita bread from the grocery store)
- Your choice of cheese (I go with Mexican Style Cheese from Costco which contains: Monterey Jack, Cheddar, and Oaxaca cheese.)
- Corn chips
- Your choice of lean mince ground beef, chicken, or pork (I use chicken)
- [Optional] Bacon
Supplies:
- Non-stick Pan
- Sauce bowl
- Plate(s)
- Knife
- Spoon
- Spatula
- Cutting board
Sauce:
- Ketchup
- Mayo
- Honey Mustard (or mustard)
- Jarred Pickles
Step 2: Cutting Your Vegetables
![20201023_163822.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FWO/GOZH/KGM9LP3J/FWOGOZHKGM9LP3J.jpg&filename=20201023_163822.jpg)
![20201023_163832.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FVH/2MXE/KGM9LRMM/FVH2MXEKGM9LRMM.jpg&filename=20201023_163832.jpg)
Start by dicing your bell peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions into little squares.
After you dice your vegetables, separate the tomatoes and bell peppers into one container, lettuce into another container, and onions to a separate container.
Step 3: Cooking Your Meat
![20201023_164941.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FGE/M8V2/KGM9LRYT/FGEM8V2KGM9LRYT.jpg&filename=20201023_164941.jpg)
![20201023_163536.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FWL/ZBXE/KGM9LP3F/FWLZBXEKGM9LP3F.jpg&filename=20201023_163536.jpg)
Next prepare your meat (in this case I'll be using chicken)
Pre-heat your pan for around 1 minute.
Add some cooking oil while pre-heating pan.
Put in your diced onions into the man and let it simmer on pan for a few seconds.
Right after, add the chicken in and fry until all the juices have dried and looks golden.
Turn off your heat and let it cool.
Step 4: Assembly!

Have your plate ready and put the flour tortilla on it.
For 1 Serving:
A tablespoon full of your meat should be enough for 1 serving.
Lettuce: 1 handful or 3 tablespoons
Tomatoes and Bell Pepper: 2 tablespoons
Cheese: 1 handful or 3 tablespoons
1 corn chip
Step: Wrapping Pattern (Pentagon Way)
![20201023_164401.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FZW/PCEZ/KGM9LP3S/FZWPCEZKGM9LP3S.jpg&filename=20201023_164401.jpg)

![20201023_164456.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FK2/SVSV/KGM9LP3V/FK2SVSVKGM9LP3V.jpg&filename=20201023_164456.jpg)
![20201023_164743.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FLH/ST8I/KGM9LP3W/FLHST8IKGM9LP3W.jpg&filename=20201023_164743.jpg)
![20201023_164748.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FVK/3OYG/KGM9LRYN/FVK3OYGKGM9LRYN.jpg&filename=20201023_164748.jpg)

To wrap this I wrap it in a Pentagon Shape:
I fold one side, then overlap with the next adjacent side. I repeat until I get to the third fold where I pack the ingredients in with a spoon or finger and continue wrapping.
Step 6: Cooking the Wraps
![20201023_165047.jpg](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FN6/BVP9/KGM9LRYW/FN6BVP9KGM9LRYW.jpg&filename=20201023_165047.jpg)

On a clean separate pan, place your Curger Brunch-Wraps with the folding side down.
Set fire to low-heat and let sit until golden brown
You can feel free to use a plate or heavy object big enough to cover the pan as weight for maintaining the Brunch-Wrap's shape.
It should look like how the picture shows. Not too light or too black, just perfect.
Step 7: Sauce Time!

Now that you've got the Curger Brunch-Wraps made, set them aside to cool. By the time you are done making the sauce, your wraps should be a perfect temperature to eat!
First your ingredients are Mayo, Ketchup, Jarred Pickles, (Honey) Mustard
For the sauce you'll need:
3 tablespoons of mayo
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1/2 spoon of honey mustard
For the pickles you want to slice them vertically along the long side and then cut them vertically again. After cut horizontally for a nice square dice.
Add them to the sauce bowl and mix!
Step 8: Enjoy!

There you have it! Your homemade Curger Brunch-Wrap is complete, Enjoy!
