Crustless Cranberry Pie
Pies and cranberries are so good! But what happens when you make a pie with cranberries and leave out the crust? You get an awesome crustless cranberry pie. The texture of this pie is amazing! Its buttery and sticky, the cranberries give it a nice tartiness and the almond extract adds extra flavor, it pairs great with the cranberries. Adding vanilla ice cream complements the pie because its so creamy! I promise you that you wont even miss not having the crust! Ingredients and Tools
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose Flour
- 1 cup white Sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
- 1⁄2 cup Butter, melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 2 cups Cranberries (fresh or frozen)
Tools
- Hamilton Beach Hand Mixer
- All Clad Stainless-Steel Set
- Pyrex Mixing Bowl
- Pyrex Bowl 3 set
- Glass Pie Dish
- Misc. Kitchen Utensils
Prepare Pie Pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
Adding Ingredients to Bowl
In a large mixing bowl add in flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, eggs and almond extract.
Mix Batter
Using an electric mixer, beat all ingredients in large mixing bowl until combined. Scrape sides of bowl to have everything combined.
Add in Cranberries and Stir
Add in the cranberries and combined cranberries into batter.
Add to Pie Dish and Bake
Spread the batter into the prepared pan (make sure everything is evenly distributed). Bake for 40 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
