Tartufo: resembles a truffle/fungus/tuber found in the ground

I can't leave this recipe without showing you how easy it is to make this classic Italian dessert.

Pick any ice-cream you like.

Scoop out a messy, not perfect scoop.

You can add a maraschino cherry in the center or wrap chocolate ice-cream around vanilla or lighter ice-cream.

Freeze to harden.

Roll in cocoa powder or granola for the crunch.

Pour syrup on plate, place Tartufo on syrup.

Add berries if you'd like.

Enjoy with love!
