Crowd-Sourced Sketches
As of the Publish Date, this Instructable has not been started. YOU are its author: time to get to work!
Each drawing below is authored by its viewers, and consists of a simple set of Instructions to follow while making the drawing. You can browse through the drawings as they exist, but after you see a few you'll be asked to contribute. You just need to add some lines right on top of the drawing you see. Save, and continue. No login, no signup, no download. Just draw.
The Project is based loosely on Sol LeWitt's Wall Drawings. LeWitt authored "instruction sets" for drawings which were executed by others. Since the instruction sets needed to provide enough information to constrain the drawings with no other information, they serve as an important precedent for many of the modern "creative coding" projects today. More information can be found on the Instruction Drawings Home Page.
You can also start a new drawing of your own, to be drawn by future visitors. Click "Instruction" on the home page.
Click any image below to go straight to that drawing, and add to it. Your contribution will appear here live in a half hour. Made a new Instruction set? Link to it in a comment.
