buy feathers or make it out of foam

hot glue sticks and gun

cardboard

metal wire/craft wire

metal rod

black spray paint

3d printed beak

get 2 pieces of cardboard bend 1 of the cardboard until it is flexible then hot glue the 2 pieces together so it looks like the image. Next get 4 pieces of the same size cardboard make them all flexible then hot glue the pieces so it connects from the top to bottom like the image.

get 3 pieces of cardboard and tape. Take 1 of the pieces of cardboard and make it flexible then make it into a circle shape get a small piece tape. Tape the outside of the cardboard circle then hot glue the insides of the cardboard ends together the tape makes it easier to maintain its shape while the hot glue dries. then get 2 cardboard 1 might have to be bigger then the other make them both flexible hot glue the smaller one to the circle then repeat but put the second one over the first one then you have a head. then hot glue the head to the body.

get foam and cover the crow also use tape to make it so there a no lines shown then spray paint

get a drill and drill 2 holes at the bottom of the bird next get a metal rod and metal wire/craft wire bend. Get 4 pieces of craft wire wrap it around the metal rod to make toes Repeat then cover the whole thing with tape. then make a second one and then put the legs on and hot glue it so it won't move

you are going to get 3 black feather then combine them and tape them. then attach to the body also 3d print a beak and tape or hot glue it on the face
