Crosshot (Reinforced Slingshot)

This instructable is a Crosshot(TM), which is a reinforced recreational slingshot for hitting targets at a farther range and at a stronger speed. For fun, competition, and hunting alike, the Crosshot is what you need for an all purpose projectile launcher.

The tools you need consist of:

1. Rubber Bands
2. Desktop Monitor Bases (For Handles)
3. Elastic Bands from a pen holder or other bag
4. Duct Tape Or Hot Glue
5. A plastic or metal hinge with two long narrow ends for adjustment

These Items are optional for decoration or modification:

1. Small Speakers
2. Colored Paint Markers
3. Square battery (Pommel)

First step is to extract your elastic from the collected used bags or containers that use strong elastic. You want to make sure each piece is at least 1 and a half inches long, width does not matter.

In this step you need to get your hinges and at a 45 and 20 degree angle you need to lock them in place. Next, apply your rubber bands and connect a bridge between the two ends of each angle, making the head of the slingshot.

Disclaimer: Depending on how you would like, you can either do the rubber band step before or after step 3 but that is entirely optional

Get your monitor bases disguised as handles and attach your fixed heads on each side of the handle, one mouth should close tighter than the other (use photo for reference).

Once you completed the previous steps, make sure you wrap the Crosshot at the point where the hinges and handle meet, for additional support and more resistance for the elastic.

Congratulations! You have created a Crosshot! This device will unlock all sorts of unlimited fun and accurate target practice from much farther away. Be safe and be sure to have fun!
