Crocheted Earrings

Crocheting has always been one of my favorite hobbies. These earrings are simple, easy to crochet and just a few supplies needed. Hope you enjoy this project and feel it easy to try it yourself.

1. Thread for crocheting

2. Crochet needle

3. Beads (small size. 28 beads)

4. A pair of earring hooks

5. Scissors

As a first step, I threaded the beads into the thread. Ref pic 1. These are small beads are could easily be threaded by hand itself. Then a slip knot. Then, I made 6 chains as shown in pic 2. Then, added the last chain into the first chain as shown in pic 3 and 4. The first round is completed with this.

In this step, I added 9 slip stitch (sl st) around the first one. This completes the second round.

In this step, I added the beads with yarn over and included one bead at a time with the slip stitch (sl st). In order to complete the third circle I needed 14 beads with sl st.

This is the last circle with 27 half double crochet (hdc) to complete the circle and shown in pics 1 through 3. Finally closing the circle with a sl st. The circle is complete as shown in pic 4. Attach these earrings to the hooks. Its ready to wear :-)
