Crochet Jango Fett From Star Wars

this an intermediate difficulty pattern, it can be made rather quickly, but expect 1-2 days of work.

Supplies

worsted weight yarn in colors, blue, grey, and black. and I use a 4.75 size crochet hook.

abbreviations: MR=magic ring. SC=single crochet. HDC=half-double crochet stich. DEC= decrease. CH= chain stitch. ST=stitch. BLO= back loop. FLO= front loop. FO= fasten off

The Helmet

first you want to start off with grey worsted weight yarn and a 4.75 size crochet hook.

round 1: sc8 in MR

round 2: sc2 in each st. (16st)

round 3: sc1, sc2 in next stitch, repeat around. (24st)

round 4: sc2, sc2 in next stitch, repeat around. (32st)

rounds 5-7: sc1 in each st around, switch to blue

round 8: sc1 in each stitch around, switch back to grey

round 9: sc1 in next 6 stitches, change to blue, sc1, change to black, sc1 in next 12 stitches, change to blue, sc1, change to grey sc1 in next 12 stitches

round 10: sc1 in next 6 stitches, change to blue sc1 in next 6 stitches, change to black, sc2, change back to blue, sc1 in next 6 stitches, change to grey sc1 in next 12.

round 11: sc1 in next 11 stitches, change to blue, sc1, change to black, sc1 in next 2 stitches, change to blue, sc1, change to grey sc17.

rounds 12-15: repeat round 11 four times

round 16: sc in blo for this round. sc2, decrease. repeat around. (24)

round 17: sc normally for this round. sc1, dec1. repeat around. (16)

round 18: dec1 all the way around (8). do not FO

round 19: sc1 in FLO of each st.

round 20: sc2 in each stitch. (16)

round 21: sc1, sc2 in next st. (24)

round 22-26: sc1 in each stitch around, change to black

round 27: sc1 in each st around, change to grey

round 28-30: sc1 in each st around. that finishes the body so now we will work on the legs

round 31: skip next 12st work on the half you are left with.

rounds 32-33: sc1 in each st around, change to black.

round 34: sc1 in each st around

round 35: sc1, FLO popcorn stitch in next 4 stitches, crochet in both loops for the rest of the round.

round 36: dec1 around. (6)

before you repeat rounds 32-36 on other side don't forget to stuff it. fasten off and hide the ends

The Arms and Antenna

make two

start in black

round 1: sc6 in MR

round 2: sc1 around, change to grey.

round 3-10: sc1 around

antenna

ch5, turn, skip 1, sc1 in next 4 st, don't turn, ch8 turn sk1, hdc2 in next stitch

Assemble All the Parts

sew the arms to the side of the body, sew the antenna to the helmet and you are finished!
