be good enough.
# Flour (2 Cups)
# Curd/Yogurt/dahi (1Cup)

Start by peeling of the sides of bread and keep it aside for a while.Take 2 cups of flour in a container. Add two Boiled potatoes,1tsp salt ,1/2tsp chilli powder ,1/2tsp Indian Garam masala & add some turmeric powder 1/4tsp(again if you don't have masala/spices you can skip them).Break four bread slices into small pieces and add it in the container.

Now It's Time to Mix the Ingredients.

Start mixing the dough softly and add 1/2 cup water little by little.(mix it till the salt and chilli powder spread uniformly probably it would take 2-3minutes).
Once it's done it's time to make small spheres(tikka) out of it. This amount of dough would be enough to make 15-20 tikkas .(I made 18)

Sticking the Bread.

Soak a bread slice in water then squeeze it by pressing it under palms.(it Is necessary to make the bread wet so it sticks to the surface of of spheres properly). Now divide the slice in two half's.Cover the tikkas with the halfed bread slices and press it properly and make it disc shaped (I personally preffered disc shape over the spheres but anyway you could leave it as spheres also, it won't make a difference in taste).

Frying

Heat the oil in any fry pan and Fry the tikkas on a low flame till it turns light brown colored. Once all the discs are fried make a small hole at its centre and insert the stick into it.

Add the Toppings.

I added 4 tikkas on one spoon so I used 3-4 spoon of yogurt on it (you could add more or less as per your requirement but 3-4 spoon would give a better taste)
Add some Green chilli sauce,Tomato ketchup & the most delicious ingredient "Aloo Bhujia" and probably some salt and chilli powder.
πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€!!!Now you finally made it ,πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹eat and enjoy your day with your friends and family.
