Supplies
Ingredients:

- Water - For boiling
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- 2 to 3 tsp of Cooking oil - I normally just use olive oil.
Tools:
- Air Fryer (This is an affiliate link. As an Amazon Affiliate, I earn on qualifying purchases.)
- Bowl
- Colander
- Fork
Prep the Potatoes
Start a medium to large pot with water filled about halfway. Set the heat to high and bring it to a boil. Add a teaspoon or two of salt to the water.
Rinse the potatoes. You can peel them if you want. I never peel them, I like it when the skin gets crispy, and sometimes the skin falls off during cooking and crisps up into a chip. It is awesome.
Cut the potato into large chunks.
Boil Them Taters
Boil the potatoes chunks for 4 to 6 minutes until they are fork-tender. Then pour them into a colander to drain. Shake the colander a bit to allow excess water to fall off the potato chunks.
Seasoning
Pour the potato chunks into a bowl then drizzle on some oil oive. Then sprinkle on some salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Air Frying Time
Add the seasoned potato chunks to your air fryer basket. Set it to air fryer mode and put the temp to 415F/213C. Set the time for 10 to 12 minutes. Then cook.
You may want to cook them a little longer depending on how golden brown they get.
Serve!
Now time to serve up those crispy air fryer potatoes. Enjoy!
