This is the step to get out all of your ingredients and put them on your working space, I also put my measuring cups, spoons and bowls out on my work area as well.

In this step you will need to combine your ingredients for the crepes.

Take your eggs and put them in a bowl. Add in your milk, melted butter, and then blend it all together. After completely mixed in, add your flour and salt. Now, add the vanilla and sugar and mix until it is a smooth consistency

Cook Your Crepes

This step requires a little practice, but I'm sure you can do it! Your going to need a skillet to cook your crepes. Put your skillet on the stove on medium heat. You may want to add just a bit of butter so your crepe does not stick to the pan.

Now, take either a ladle or a 1/4 cup and fill it with batter. Now, pick up your skillet and tilt it off the heat. Pour your batter in and then tilt it so the batter fills the skillet. It will only take about 1 1/2 minute for each side, or until golden brown.

Set the crepes to the side.

Whip the Cream!

Take your heavy whipping cream and put it in a bowl. Add your vanilla and sugar and best until it gets firm.

Also set this to the side.

Raspberry Compote

Finally, it's time for the compote. Get out a saucepan and put in on the stove over medium-low heat. Add your raspberries and sugar (You can also add a little lemon juice as well if desired). Let it simmer, stirring occasionally. When all the fruit is cooked down, you're done!

Finishing Touches
