Preparing the Vinyl

  • used four 7" x 7" vinyl self-adhesive sheets.
  • started by peeling it off.

Preparing the Heating Pads

  • Nichrome wires are laid on both vinyl pads on the sticky side of the vinyl.

Preparing the USB Cable

  • Cut the host end of the USB cable and slit the wire ends.

Powering the Heat Pads

  • Connect the power cord (USB) and secure the connection with a heat-shrink tube.
