Ingredients:

• Sour cream — 400 g

• Mayonnaise — 200 g

• Fresh cucumbers — 1–2 pcs

• Mustard — 1 tbsp

• Lemon juice — 1–2 tbsp

• Garlic — 2 cloves

• Dill — ½ bunch

• Salt and black pepper — to taste

Grate or finely chop cucumbers, dill, and garlic, drain excess liquid

squeeze the juice from half a lemon

mix all ingredients in any order, add grated cheese and herbs

the sauce goes well with any dish, meat or vegetables
