Creamy PASTA With Mussels β Easy, Delicious, and Restaurant-Style!
This is one of the simplest and most delicious creamy pasta with mussels recipes you can make at home β and it looks just as good as a restaurant dish!
A rich cream sauce, tender mussels, and fresh parsley turn this into a perfect quick dinner for the whole family.

Supplies
Ingredients (5β6 servings):
900 g (2 lbs) frozen mussels (thawed)
400 g (14 oz) pasta (spaghetti or any pasta you like)
A large bunch of parsley
500 ml (2 cups) heavy cream
Salt & black pepper to taste
Boil the Pasta
Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Add salt to the water. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook until done.
Prepare the Parsley
While the pasta cooks, finely chop the fresh parsley.
Cook the Mussels
In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mussels and a little salt. After a couple of minutes, season with black pepper and add the chopped parsley. Mix everything well.
Add the Cream
Right after mixing, pour in the heavy cream. Turn off the heat immediately β the mussels and sauce will finish cooking under the lid. Cover the pan and let the flavors blend while the pasta finishes cooking.
Combine and Serve
Drain the cooked pasta in a colander. Portion the pasta onto plates. Spoon the creamy mussels on top. Your restaurant-style pasta is ready to enjoy!
