Creamy Mushrooms in a Bun-pots
Hello everyone.
Today I'd like to share with you a recipe that you will not see in the restaurant menu and this is not fair. This recipe is very easy to repeat, and your relatives and friends will like this course.
Supplies
• hIgh sided pan
• wooden spoon/spatula
• oven
• knife with cutting board
Ingredients
• 6 medium sized buns
• 300g mushrooms
• 250g potato
• 100g onion
• 100g carrot
• 50g white dry wine
• 180g water
• 100g cream (ultra-pasteurized cream 33% fat)
• 20g oil
• three cloves of garlic
• two pinches of salt (adjust the amount of salt to your taste)
• 5g of dill/parsley mix, the amount depends on your taste
Making the Filling Part 1
Pour the oil in the pan.
Put the chopped onion, carrot, mushrooms and cook on medium fire for 5 minutes. Add wine and continue cooking until 50% of wine will evaporate.
Making the Filling Part 2
Chop the potato on small cubes, put it into the pan, add water, cover with the lid and cook until potatoes will be completely cooked, avg time ≈10min
Preparing the Bun-pots
While the filling is cooking, it's a good time to prepare the bun, which also will be our "pots". Take a bun and cut it on the top. Use a fork to create a room space inside the bun, see photos for the reference.
Put the buns with opened "lid" on the baking sheet and bake at preheated oven at 200˚C for ≈5 min, or until golden brown color.
Finishing With Buns…
When buns are done, grate them with garlic.
Making the Filling Part 3
When the potato is cooked, add cream, salt, and chopped parsley with dill. Continue cooking for about 10 more minutes.
Serving
Once all previous steps are done, take bund and fill them with nice and tasty creamy mushroom filling.
Enjoy the meal.
