Creamy Mac and Cheese
This is the most comforting, creamy, cheesy bowl of deliciousness you will ever try. It's super easy and the possibilities are endless!
First..
Boil a pot of water
Right before it begins to boil add in one teaspoon of chicken consommé to the water and one teaspoon of salt (there are oarbe versions of this)
Add pasta once it starts boiling
I used gnocchi pasta (without filling) and that worked really well-but any pasta is fine

While your pasta is cooking begin grading your cheese I used about 6 oz cheddar and 1 oz Parmesan and a handful of mixed pizza cheese
Get Saucy
Start you cheese sauce by making a roux: melt 2 and a half tablespoons of butter
Once that's completely melted add in 2 tablespoons of flour whisking constantly-continue whisking for 2 minutes
Add in about a cup and 1/2 of milk and wait till that thickness (keep whisking) as that's cooking add in a pinch of salt and pepper and a pinch of onion powder-remove from heat and add in cheeses slowly

Pasta Tine
Once your cheese sauce is done add your pasta to the sauce! Almost done.. Now you can either eat it the way it is OR you can add some breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter to the top and bake at 350 for 15 minutes
