Creamy Mac Cheese

These are the instructions to my creamy mac and cheese recipe. I have been working on this recipe for about 2 years and will always make changes if i found something to make it better. I usually make this recipe for family gatherings or cookouts.

Supplies

◦ One Block Of Velveeta Original Cheese

◦ Half a Bag of Shredded Three Cheese Cheddar

◦ 1 Cup of Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs

◦ 1 Tablespoon of Flour

◦ One Quart of Heavy Whipping Cream

◦ Four tablespoons of Stick Butter

◦ 1/2 tablespoon of Garlic Powder

◦ 1/2 tablespoon Salt

◦ 1/2 tablespoon Pepper

◦ 1/2 tablespoon Chili Powder

◦ 2 boxes of Pasta (Your Choice)

◦ Half a Block of Cream Cheese

Place pasta into a boiling pot of water. Cook until soft or al dente. Once the pasta is cooked, drain pasta into strainer.

Using the same pot that you used to cook the pasta in, place it back on the stove on low to medium heat. Place in four tablespoons of stick butter. Once melted, add one tablespoon of flour and mix until well combined.

After mixing the flour and melted butter, add one quart of heavy cream and a splash of milk. Stir until combined.

While stirring, add the chopped up blocks of Velveeta and cream cheese. Before both cheeses completely melt, add half a bag of three cheese shredded cheese.

Once all the cheese is melted, add your seasonings. Then, add in 1 cup of seasoned panko breadcrumbs.

When the sauce is done, add the pasta to a baking tray. Slowly pour the sauce over the pasta and mixed together. Serve immediately or place in the oven to keep warm until you are ready!
