Creamy Chicken Soup

Supplies
- 1 large diced carrot
- 2 large diced celery sticks
- 1 diced onion
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 cup rice
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 tablespoon of Chicken Bouillon
- salt and pepper for taste
- 3 cups of water
Sauce
- 3 tablespoon of salted butter
- 3 tablespoon of flour
- 3 cups of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
- a little Dill for taste
- a splash of lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cup of milk
Cut the Chicken Breast Into Pieces
Cut your chicken breast into small cubes. Put the chicken in the pot on high heat.
Add All the Vegetable's and Seasoning
Add two tablespoons of butter. Stir well, then add in all the vegetable's (celery, carrot and onion) all diced in small pieces. Then add all the seasoning (salt and pepper) a sprinkle of each.
Add Chicken Bouillon and Rice
Add one and a half teaspoon of chicken bouillon. Then add half a cup of rice, Stir
Add Water
Add 3 cups of water. Let in boil on high heat for 30 minutes.
Making the Sauce
In a small pan on high heat add 3 tablespoons of butter , 3 tablespoons of flour and a 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Then add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. Stir till all incorporated.
Blending the Sauce
Put the mixture into the blender with 2 1/2 cups of milk. Blend!
Mix Mix Mix
After 30 minutes of the chicken boiling now you add the sauce and chicken together on high heat mix mix.
Final Step
Final step is to add a small handful of dill (2 tablespoons).
