Crazy Cake
A tasty cake made without milk eggs or a greased pan? Can it be done? I am here to make it with a recipe that my grandma taught me.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of Flour
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of vinegar
6 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 cup of water
Preheat the oven to 350
In an ungreased 8' X 8' or 9' X 9' pan pour flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa and salt before thoroughly mixing together.
Make 3 indents with a spoon. One small one medium and one large almost to the bottom of the pan. Be sure to make your big indent large enough to reach the bottom of the pan.
In the small hole pour the vanilla. In the medium, vinegar. And in the large hole carefully count to 6 tablespoons of oil. Observe as the vinegar mixes with the baking soda and rises.
Over the entire mixture pour one cup of water. Mix the batter until there are no powder clumps or water bubbles.
Once the mixture is smooth, put it in the oven. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and comes out clean.
1/3 cup of butter
3 cups of powdered sugar
1/3 cup of cocoa
3 tbsp milk
1/2 Tsp vanilla
Mix together well until sooth constancy.
Frost and enjoy.
