I had cranberry walnut bread pudding at a restaurant about seven years ago that was the most amazing bread pudding I've ever had, and here I tried to recreate it. I'll admit it's not as good but it's very good for being dairy free/vegan 😉

Supplies

10-12 slices of cranberry walnut bread - days old/dried out

2 Tablespoons of butter - I used dairy free

2 Cups full fat coconut milk

2 Tablespoons of apple sauce

1/3 Cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Mixing bowl

Spatula

Whisk

8x8 Baking dish

Measuring cups/spoons
