Crackers
Homemade crackers seem like one of those things that take so much effort to make, especially that picking up a box of perfectly decent crackers at the grocery store is so easy. In reality, crackers are one of the easiest homemade recipes and they are so tasty when freshly baked. It only takes about 45 minutes to prepare the dough, cut it, and bake it.

Adding Liquid Ingredients
Add the oil to the mixture, then gradually add the water while kneading the dough. Depending on the type of flour used, you may not need to add all the water (or may be you’ll need more).
Kneading the Dough
Knead the dough very well to become soft, and leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
Cutting the Dough
Spread the dough as thin as you can and cut it into squares or any shape you like.
Baking
Place the crackers in a greased tray and make some holes in it using a fork and brush the top with a mixture of oil and water. Additionally, you can sprinkle your favourite seeds. Finally, bake the crackers at 160 °C for 9 to 12 minutes or until golden.
Eat!
You can serve it with salads or soups.
Enjoy!
