When I started dying eggs, I accidentally cracked one of the eggs. But I didn't want it to go to waste so I dyed it anyway and said it was an extra.

To make egg dye: mix vinegar, water, and food coloring

Crack the egg to make a design on the outside
Dye the egg for 10 minutes or less depending on how much color you added
Pat dry the egg
