A healthy but good version of your local seafood wrap/sub sandwich. Wrapped in lettuce, lots of crab meat, and any additional toppings you can personalize it to make it your own.

Supplies

Parchment Paper (or wax paper may work)

Outer leaves of an iceberg lettuce head

1 can crab meat (WELL DRAINED)

cheese ( I used Mozzarella but any cheese you want)

onion

peppers (I used jalapeƱos but you can use banana peppers or just bell peppers depending on your heat tolerance)

olives

Mayo or Miracle Whip ( or your choice of other dressing)

Tips and Tricks

Feel free to adjust any ingredients and toppings to fit your tastes.

One thing with using canned crab...

DRAIN IT WELL. The first time I made it I didn't get it drained well enough so it was a bit waterlogged and soggy.
