Couscous Stuffed Tomatoes With Feta Cheese Recipe

Couscous stuffed tomatoes with feta cheese recipe

Ingredients:

6 tomatoes

300ml vegetable broth

200g feta cheese

140 couscous

50g olives

50g sundried tomatoes

15g parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon curry

Give the couscous in a bowl and pour hot vegetable broth over it. Mix it for a minute. Cut the tomatoes open and remove the core. Cut the sundried tomatoes & the olives in small pieces. Crumble the feta cheese and give it to the couscous. Add sundried tomatoes, olives, salt, pepper, curry, paprika & parsley. Mix everything together and fill the tomatoes with the mix.

Give a bit oil in a oven form and place the tomatoes in it. Put the form in the oven at 170 degrees celsius circulating air for about 40 minutes. Look at my other work.
