Countersink Drill Bit Depth Stop on Bearing

I needed a countersink drill bit depth stop, but when I checked online, the prices were too high for my needs. So, I decided to design and 3D print my own! It only takes 4g of filament (1.41m), making it a cost-effective solution.

Instructions:

  1. Print the Drill Bit Depth Stop – Use a 0.2mm layer height, 100% infill, and supports enabled.
  2. Remove supports and clean up any rough edges.
  3. Insert the 22mm skate bearing into the printed part.
  4. Insert the countersink drill bit through the bearing.
  5. You're done!

💡 Tip: If you want the hole to go deeper, you can sand down the stop pad for fine adjustments.

Let me know if you’d like any other refinements! 😊
