Countersink Drill Bit Depth Stop on Bearing. (Skateboard Bearing)

I needed a countersink drill bit depth stop, but when I checked online, the prices were too high for my needs. So, I decided to design and 3D print my own! It only takes 4g of filament (1.41m), making it a cost-effective solution.
Supplies

Everything you need to make this jig!
- 1x Skate Bearing (22mm)
- 1x Regular Countersink Bit
- 1x 3D Printer
Print the Drill Bit Depth Stop

Instructions:
- Print the Drill Bit Depth Stop – Use a 0.2mm layer height, 100% infill, and supports enabled.
- Remove supports and clean up any rough edges.
- Insert the 22mm skate bearing into the printed part.
- Insert the countersink drill bit through the bearing.
- You're done!
💡 Tip: If you want the hole to go deeper, you can sand down the stop pad for fine adjustments.
Let me know if you’d like any other refinements! 😊
