Cornstarch Cookies

i would like to share with you another family recipe that is one of my favorite cookies.it is so lightly due to using just cornstarch
Ingredients

500g cornstarch
3 eggs
250g butter at room temperature
10g baking powder
teaspoon vanilla extrat
150g sugar ( you can add sugar if you like sweetier)
pinch of salt
sesame seeds ( optional)
With Hand or Handmixer , Work the Butter and Sugar

Add the Eggs, Baking Powder,pinch of Salt and the Vanille Extrat

Then Add Gradually the Cornstrach

Untill Having a Smooth Dough

Shape the Dough in a Long Baton Then Slice in Half

Then Slice in Cubes

You Can Make Either Cubes or Balls.sprinkling the Sesame Seeds Is Optional You Can Skip It

Preheat the Oven at 180c and Bake Them for 10 to 15 Minutes.

After They Cool Completly Dust With Icing Sugar.
