Cork Key Chain

This is a cool cork DiY key chain that requires few tools and supplies to make. This is a low cost project to make that doesn't take a lot of time to make. There are a couple different ways to make this. i used a eye hole screw so that it can add a key ring to it. Cork are cool in the fact that they float which makes it great for boat keys or key when on the lake or river. One wine cork can only hold about one key so if your gonna reliy on the cork make sure it can hold up your keys. Theses are great for gifts personalize the corks is also an option. Also you could make this with a champiege cork. Here's how to make it.

Making the wine cork key chain is pretty straight forward. The size of the eye hole screw is going to be pretty small opening just enough for a key ring to be hooked on it. The long the eye hole screw the better. They have these at any hard ware store. If you have a wine cork laying around use that or get a bottle. Make sure it's the actual cork not the fake cork. Take the eye screw and with your hand start screwing it in the center of the cork. Push hard when screw it in. Screw the eye all the way down as far as you can. Now you can attach a key ring to the eye hole and add it to your keys.
