Cool Fishtail Bracelet

Hi, my fellow Instructablers. In this Instructable, I will show you how to make an awesome bracelet that is going to make your friends erupt with jealousy. And all you need for this is...(drum roll) your hands and rubber bands!!! Vote for this in the wear it contest!

As I already said, all you will need for this super-cool bracelet is about 40 rubber bands for a teenager's hand, and about 45 rubber bands for an adult. Rubber band size: about 0.5 inches wide and 0.5 inches long(you can use Rainbow Loom Rubber bands). Optional: rainbow loom clip.

First, get your pointer and middle fingers and get a rubber band and make the rubber band into an infinity sign(an 8) and put it on your fingers.

Next, put two more rubber bands on your fingers.

Now take the bottom band(the one you made into an infinity sign) and place, on one side,over your middle finger, and on the other side, over your pointer finger.

Put another rubber band on your fingers and place the bottom one over the top one again, as you did in the last step.

Repeat this process until you are satisfied with the length of your bracelet. When you are fine with the length, instead of putting another rubber band on, you hook the bottom one over the top one, which results in only 1 rubber band sitting on your fingers, as shown in the second photo.

Next take the rubber band from the middle finger and place it on your pointer finger.

Place a clip(or you can tie it) over those two rubber bands on your pointer finger. Clip the two ends together. YOU ARE DONE!!!
