Cool Circuits to Make in KiCad

There are many circuits that are considered basics and cool at the same time. These circuits are easy for you to make them in such programs as KiCad and in other simulation programs. Here are some examples of these circuits that you can easily build;

LED Circuit

It is considered the most basic circuit to make virtually or practically.

Light Emitting Diode is a small component that gives light. There is a lot of advantages by using LED because it is very cheap, easy to use and we can easily understand whether the circuit is working or not by its indication.

Rain Alarm

This circuit is used to give an alert when it’s going to rain.

The required components to build this circuit are

  1. Probes.
  2. 10K and 330K resistors,
  3. BC548 and BC 558 transistors,
  4. 3V battery,
  5. 01mf capacitor,
  6. speaker.

Whenever the rainwater comes in contact with the probe in the above circuit, then the current flows through the circuit to enable the Q1 (NPN) transistor and also Q1 transistor makes Q2 transistor (PNP) to become active. Thus the Q2 transistor conducts and then the flow of current through the speaker generates a buzzer sound. Until the probe is in touch with the water, this procedure replicates again and again

Touch Sensor Circuit

The touch sensor circuit is built with three components such as a resistor, a transistor, and a light-emitting diode. Here, both the resistor and the LED connected in series with the positive supply to the collector terminal of the transistor.

Dark Sensor Using Transistor

An automatic dark detector senses darkness. As the light level decreases and LDR meets the maximum threshold resistance, the circuit automatically switches on the LED D1.

A dark detector can be made using a variable resistor. The sensitivity of the circuit can be adjusted with a variable resistor.

IR Transmitter and Receiver

IR Transmitter and receiver are used to control any device wirelessly, which means remotely. TV remote and TV are the best examples of IR transmitter and receiver.

It is somehow considered such as a high level of making and scheming the circuits.

These circuits are easy and fun to be made. You can make it with different programs like Ki Cad all you is just to be familiar with the software that you are using.
