Cookies Wraps (no Hoven)

IMG_1879.jpg

I propose you a small personal and very simple recipe without hoven.

Supplies

For about 15 wraps

- 105 grams of icing sugar

- 75 grams of almond powder

- 60 grams of egg white

- 40 grams powdered sugar

For raw biscuit dough - 120 grams of flour

- 70 grams of soft butter

- 35 grams of normal sugar

- 2 egg yolks

- 1 pinch of salt

WRAPS

STEP 1
In a salad bowl, mix the icing sugar and almond powder. Set aside. Pour the egg whites into another bowl and add the sugar and then the cocoa powder and mix well. Now add the icing sugar/almond mixture to the egg whites.

STEP 2
Prepare the biscuit dough: put the sugar and egg yolks in a bowl. Beat until the mixture is homogeneous. Add the soft butter and flour and mix it by hand to introduce the flour into the egg/sugar/butter mixture. At first the dough does not look like a large selection but it will clump together as you go along. When it is homogeneous, add the chocolate chips.

COOKING

In a microwave-safe dish, form small patties from the already prepared pâté. Be careful to space them well apart so as not to mix them together. Cook them for 7-10 minutes in the microwave on medium power. Once cooked, the patties are still soft.

STEP 4

Wait about 3 minutes for cooling down. And it's ready
