Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Cookies & Ice Cream go together like peanut butter and jelly!! Enough said. Do it.

Favorite Ice Cream. Or cheapest, I used great value vanilla.
Sprinkles and/or nuts are optional.

Spread Ice cream on the bottom of one cookie.
Place another cookie on the top of ice cream.

Roll your sandwich sides in sprinkles, nuts, coconut, chocolate chips, ect.. the possibilities are endless.

Pick up sandwich with fingers and eat. :)
