Cookie Brownies
Halloween cookie brownies with Oreo and Pillsbury sugar cookies! Perfect for a crisp fall night.
Supplies
Cupcake liners
muffin tin
1 box of Betty Crocker brownie mix
1 package of Oreos
Pillsbury Halloween sugar cookies
2 eggs
3 tablespoons water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
mixing bowl
whisk
Icecream scoop (for batter)
Preheat
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Cupcake Liners
Put the cupcake liners in the muffin tins making sure the liners are correctly placed.
Brownie Mix
In a bowl whisk the brownie mix, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of water, and 2/3 cup of vegetable oil, then set aside.
Assembly Part 1
Place the Pillsbury Halloween sugar cookies at the bottom of the cupcake liner.
Assembly Part 2
Add the Oreos on top of the Pillsbury Halloween sugar cookies.
Assembly Part 3
Lastly, pour the brownie mix on top of the Oreos using the spatula to guide the batter, leaving enough room so they do not spill over when baking in the oven.
Baking in the Oven
Place the muffin tin in the oven for 17-20 minutes, or until the brownie batter is completely cooked, you can check this by placing a toothpick to see if they are cooked, if they have batter on then they are still raw, but if they only have a little bit they are all done!
Final Product
Once you let them cool for 5-10 minutes, remove the cupcake liner and enjoy!
