Cookie Brownie Pie
I'm not a big pie person (especially the crusts), so I made up my own "pie" that is delicious and I am not the only one who thinks so. So if you love brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and caramel, there is no reason for you to not love this pie. It also doesn't really require many ingredients and you can make two pies depending on the size of your pie pan.
Ingredients
You don't need anything too fancy for this.
Cookie dough: homemade or from the store (I had a 30oz. package and did not use it all for two pies)
Brownie mix: (1 box of 19.4oz. was enough for two pies)
Caramel: I ended up using Dulce de Leche which was great, but expensive (1lb. and didn't use it all for one pie)
Pie Pans: 2 or you can use the same one twice (Mine is 7 inches in diameter on the bottom)

Bake
Mix up your cookie dough and brownie mix (don't mix them together though).
Pour your brownie mix into a pie pan, you want to use about half the mix. Bake according to the package.
Take your cookie dough and push it down into the pie pan. You don't want it thick at all. It will puff up. I pushed it down with the size of the chocolate chips being the thickest it got. Bake it.

Stack With Caramel
Let both your brownies and cookie cool. If they are too warm the brownie might fall apart when you take it out of the pan.
I put my brownie on top of the cookie to get an idea of how well it was going to fit. To get it to fit in snugly, I cut around the brownie taking off about 1/4-1/2 an inch and cut at an angle.
Once it is the size you want it, set it aside and get your caramel. I said earlier that I used the Dulce De Leche pictured, but you can probably use other caramels. They will just sit in the pie differently. This caramel spread on like creamy butter; it was so smooth.
Once I had the caramel spread and the brownie on top, I pushed down the brownie. It is nice and soft so it should cooperate with you. I pushed the edges, too, so they would match up better with the cookie crust.

Put Together
Now spread a nice layer of caramel on top of the pie. If you have a runnier caramel, I am unsure of how it will react, but if you have the cookie sides up a little higher than the brownie, it should be fine.

First Version
So when I first made this I put the raw cookie dough in the pan and the brownie mix on top. It didn't work, but I believe it could if you baked it at 300 degrees for half an hour, but don't quote me on that.
I did eat the outcome, but I think the brownie was undercooked. It wasn't bad, but the other version was much better.
The plan for this version was to melt caramel candies, pour it out to harden flat, and cut into strips to criss cross on the top, but that didn't turn out either so the fancy caramel wasn't wasted on this pie.
