Convert Normal Canon Lens to Macro!
Hello,
My name is Alfonso and today I want to show you how to make a DIY macro lens from a normal Canon Lens.
Here I use a 28-80mm EF-S lens but all lenses should work.
IN THIS INSTRUCTABLE YOU NEED TO BE VERY CAREFULL WITH THE LENS AND THE RETIRED SCREWS. YOU CAN MAKE THE LENS NORMAL IF YOU WANT TO AGAIN. IT ISN'T A PERMANENT WORK.
What You Need?
Its simple:
You need only a screwdriver and a Canon Lens.
Unscrew the Screws From the Lens
First you will need to unscrew the screws from the left and right side from the front side of your lens.
YOU NEED TO BE REALLY CAREFUL BECAUSE THESE SCREWS ARE REALLY LITTLE.
Retire the Front Lens
When you end with the screws you will put the front of the lens upside down and the front lens will came to your hands. Then the only thing you need to do is to put the lens in the camera and voila! You made your super macro DIY LENSES!!!
Example Photos
This photos of one IC and the screw we unscrew were taken with DIY super macro lens.
