Convenient Breakfast Sausage Patties Meal Prep

INGREDIENTS:
2lbs of Ground Turkey
Spices of Choice
Kasandrinos Spartan Pepper
Thyme
Red Chili Pepper
Salt & Pepper
Macros per 1 Patty (~1.5oz each)

Protein (g): 7
Pour Ingredients Into Bowl
- Put Ground Turkey into Mixing bowl
- Add 4tbsp. of Spartan Pepper
- Add 2tbsp. of Crushed Red Pepper
- Add 2tbsp. of Thyme
- Mix ingredients with bare hands
Cut Patties
- Remove turkey from bowl and spread on parchment paper
- Cut patties with a circular cutter (I used a mason jar lid)
Move Patties & Recut Patties
- Remove cut patties from parchment paper and place on a new piece of parchment paper on top of a baking pan
- Collect remaining turkey and recut patties
- Remove cut patties from parchment paper and place on a new piece of parchment paper on top of other patties
Freeze Patties
- Put tray of patties in freezer for 2-4 hours
Move Patties and Store
- Remove tray from freezer
- Label and date a ziplock bag
- Take patties off tray and place in ziplock bag
