The rules for the connect 4 are the same as any other but the difference is that the board is a 5x7 connect four game with customized connect four chips.

Supplies

Connect 4 Frame:

One-quarter-inch plywood

Connect 4 Chips:

Blue & Yellow acrylic sheets

Epilogue Laser

Hard-bristle brushes

High-pressure air blower

Logo

In CorelDraw, set the shape of the chip to the size of premade Connect4 board. Put the logo onto the chip. Make sure whether the laser would cut the black or white lines, the settings cut the black lines but it can be inverted.

Chips

Copy the chip template so they can cut multiple per sheet. The first run should cut all the way through the acrylic. To remove chips from the sheet, some fanelegaling might be required.

Logo on Chip

Using a cardboard template the logo was printed one by one onto the back of the chips in order for the alignment to be correct. Once the logo is printed on the back of the chip the epilogue laser can be used to cut through the acrylic sheet in the shape of the logo.

Cleaning

Use a hard-bristle brush to remove ashes from the laser in between uses. Use a high-pressure air blower(the size of a straw) to remove ash from the chips.
