Capacitor (10uF to 100uF) = 1
LED or Buzzer = 1
9v Battery = 1
Assemble the Components

1) Connect a capacitor parallel to TSOP 1738 (IR reciever) Center Pin VCC and Output Pin
2) Connect LED or Buzzer paralled to capacitor (Connect LED in forward bias)
3) Connect 9V battery parallel to Ground and VCC pin of TSOP (ir reciever)
