We use a collage frame menu board for planning out our meals during the week. It's helped a lot even though we don't always follow it :) we've also used something similar for other organization uses such as exercise schedules, cleaning, etc.

Your frame should already tell you the size of the individual frames, mine are all 4x6, so I measured and cut my paper to be 4x6. You can trace around the glass plates or backing.

If you want your days of the week printed on your paper, do this before cutting the paper to size.

Remove the backs of your frames and recycle the inside sheet. You could just flip the backing around and have a plain brown background, I think color is more fun. Insert your color sheets and replace backing. Fold down all tabs to hold everything in place.

We have our menu frame right by our kitchen, so it's in an easy place to see and remember.

I generally use tissue paper to wipe the glass, but every so often I'll spray with dry erase fluid when the glass is starting to look a bit dingy.
