I would like to share to you my experiment, step by step, with pictures. I edit a free guide for this.

Instructions en français (french instructions): Construire une chambre froide

The Clever Gardener presents the construction of a positive cold room in the basement of a house. The goal is to store and preserve food and garden harvests using a gravity-based ventilation system. The project includes the framing of the walk-in cold room walls, an insulated door, customized wooden shelves, vegetable bins, and an automatic lighting system.
