I chose the Café Bustelo because it is dark, pure, flavorful, and bold.

For every two ounces of coffee add 1 quart of water.
My bag of coffee was 10 ounces so I added 5 quarts of water.

Line a strainer with a few layers of cheese cloth and pour your mixture in to separate the coffee grounds from the liquid. I didn't have another large bowl to hold all the coffee so I had to do this step a few times.
Done! or Maybe Not.

At this point you can store your coffee in a large container in the fridge and have awesome iced coffee every day for a few weeks. If that works for you then stop here and enjoy.
Since I made this batch for a get together I sweetened the whole container. Continue on to see how I did it.
Sweet Heaven

I mixed equal amounts half and half and sweetened condensed milk and poured it in my container. Everyone loved it!
I started out with 8 oz of each. Add more until you get to your preferred level of sweetness.
